Occurrence remarks January 1994 burnt most of the population. Strong lignotuber regrowth & low epicormic growth. Fruit set is on 15 % of the population. No seedlings. Threats are bushfire due to proximity of camping sites, trail maintenance & construction, Pacific Power corridor maintenance.
