Supplied as "River terrace, upper flood level, in lee of bend in river bed, N aspect. Loamy silty soil with sand pockets, over orange to grey fine-grained igneous rock. Remnant eucalypt forest with Leptospermum, Acacia, Rubus fruticosa, grasses. Site is subject to erosion at extreme flood level (some undercutting of silt bank), but sheltered from lesser floods."
