Occurrence remarks Stout liana climbing to tops of highest trees; bark rather thick and hard, pustular, grey, more or less ochre-coloured when cut, with rather copious flow of brownish juice; shoots with rather much clear yellowish thin slightly sticky jioce; leaves dark green above, tawny beneath, the lower ones distinctly cordate, those on yound shoots narrower, mostly sinuately lobed; flowers faintly scented; calyx somehwat tawny; corolla dull cream, lobes recurved; anther-cone dull brownish yellow.
