Locality Cape Barren Island, Bass Strait. About 890 m at 254 degrees from Rews Hill's summit. On the gravel of the abandoned section of the Puncheon Head track just east of the culvert where it crossed South East Creek.
Habitat
Supplied as "Forming a sparse cover with {Patersonia fragilis}, {Pseudanthus ovalifolius}, {Melaleuca gibbosa}, {Gonocarpus tetragyna}, and {Laxmannia orientalis}. The vegetation just north of the track, missed by the fire of Ocotber 2006, is {Eucalyptus ambigua} over {Spyridium parvifolium} var. {molle}, {Allocasuarina monilfera}, {Acacia genistifolia}, {Banksia marginata}, {Leptospermum scoparium}, {Hakea ulicina}, {Acacia suaveolens}, {Leucopogon esquamatus}, {Acacia myrtifolia}, {Melaleuca gibbosa}, {Pseudanthus ovalifolius}, {Dillwynia glaberrima}, {Dillwynia sericea}, {Hibbertia riparia}, {Lasiopetalum macrophyllum}, {Lepidosperma filiforme}, {Schoenus lepidosperma}, {Empodisma minus}, {Xyris operculata}, {Platylobium triangulare}, {Leptocarpus tenax}, {Lindsaea linearis}, {Burchardia umbellata}, {Rhytidosporum procumbens}, {Dampiera stricta}, {Xanthosia pilosa} and {Amperea xiphoclada}."
