Organism remarks (i) Large irregular pores with dentate walls; (ii) pinkish hymenium (iii) reflexed strigote upper surface Fruitbodies resupinate with sometimes reflexed margin, spreading out from central point, firmly attached, dry, papery. Hymenium pinkish brown, poroid with large plygonal and irregular pores (1 per mm) with thin conspicuously dendate walls. Tubes concolorous, 2 mm long No subiculum. Margin appressed with low pores, whitish (in contrast to the rest of the hymenium). Rhizomorphs absent. Where reflexed, upper surface strigose, tomentose densely dull brownish. Macrochemical Tests: 15% KOH Test: no reaction on hymenium. Mode of Life: saprophytic. Odour: not distinctive.
