Occurrence remarks Locally abundant (many 1000s, widespread and common around Tuggerah Lakes on salty margin) herb semi erect to 1 m high. Branches spreading and sparse. Stems becoming rigid. Leaves more or less concolorous,. thin succulent, margins entire, upper leaves mostly ovate; lower leaves sometimes sagittate. Fruiting bracteoles to 4 mm wide, triangular in outline and mostly rounded at apex, with or without tubercles.
