Occurrence remarks 2 sheets. These plants are either seedlings or have arisen from stem fragments, my guess is that they are seedlings. All plant that were removed did appear to have a section of stem from which the plant grew. Several different willow taxa are growing near by they include S. fragilis (MB 1590) S. matsudana “Tortuosa”, S. alba var vitellina (MB 1591). Stems of ‘seedlings’ green to orange in colour. Leaves bright green and glabrous, occasional gall present. If they are seedlings then the most probable parents are S. fragilis and S. alba var. vitellina
