Occurrence remarks Herb to 50 cm high. Roots fibrous. Leaves mid green. Tepals 6, white above with purple towards middle and purple longitudinal veins, colours similar below but veins more obvious, every second tepal with 3 purple veins and other tepals with 5 purple veins. Simple white hairs on lower parts of outer surface of tepals. Capsules with white hairs when forming but hairless with age
