Occurrence remarks Tree to 5 m; whitish many-layered papery bark, buff coloured beneath; compact green or dull green crown; young leaves light green; buds pink; flowers predominately white, the calyx tube hoary, sepals pink or red, petals white or tinged pink, stamens and style white. Also found as a shrub +/- 1 m high on wallum flats. Locally common between Caboolture and Beerwah, up to 7 m high.
