Occurrence remarks Rhizomatous sedge to 45c. high. Culms flattened, mid green, to 2mm side. Heads to 2cm long, red-brown.

Event remarks Substrate: none visible. Growing in lower areas than Eleocharis pusilla s. lat. (J.R.Hosking 2387) and E. pallens (J.R. Hosking 2386). Locally abundant (>1000). Identity confirmed by J.R. Hosking using NSW (main collection) on 8 December 2003. TARCH No 6665.
