Field notes | Troups along 1.2 m log. White rotter. Cap: circular to elongate fan shape with inrolled margins becoming wavy at maturity (5)10 - 20 mm diam., white to buff. Surface dry & sl. wrinkled. Woolly mycelial base extensive white woolly mycelium in substrate. Gills crowded with 5 series lam. white, radiating from eccentric attachment, v. narrow. Flesh gelatinised. Attachment: lat. Sp. white, spores inamyloid subglobose to broadly ellipsoid, 6 x 5 µ Q 1.9, 5.5 - 6.5 x 4.5 - 5.5 µ Qmin 1.11 Qmax 1.30. |
