Field notes Upright stems to c. 50 cm tall forming compact colony occupying several square metres. Stems brown; leaves fleshy, greyish green, lanceolate, to 22 mm long x 3.5 mm thick x 5 mm wide, more or less elliptical in section to more or less rectangular with rounded angles; adventitious roots from upper stems crimson.
