Occurrence remarks | Erect shrub, 2m tall. Bark bright orange, thick, woolly, peeling in long ribbons and curling; striking and distinctive appearance. Locally abundant over an area of several ha, but absent from adjacent open forest and not seen elsewhere in the vicinity (7000 ha). Ex NSW Forestry Commission. |
