Occurrence remarks | This is one of two populations on property. There are ca.100 plants over an area 20 x 20 metres. Individuals of various age classes present. Naturalised from original plants planted at site ca.25 years ago. Kangaroo & wallaby scats and tracks evident. Bush-rats also in area. There is a very real risk of these animals spreading the minute Erica seed into immediately adjacent bush, a very serious threat to Grampians National Park. Honeyeaters observed feeding on. |
