Supplied as "On bank of semi-permanent pool. Pebbly and cobbly creek bed. Soil: Coarse sand and pebble mix, on drifts. Cobble on the lower areas. Finer sand on some drifts and banks. Some clay areas. Scattered low trees of {Terminalia canescens} over scattered shrubs of {Flueggea virosa} ssp. {melanthesoides} over {Cenchrus ciliaris} open tussock grassland with scattered {Triodia pungens} hummocks and {Eriachne tenuiculmis} tussocks. {Terminalia canescens} 3.5 m < 1%; {Flueggea virosa} ssp. {melanthesoides} 2 m < 1%; {Cenchrus ciliaris} 50 cm 10-15%; {Triodia pungens} < 1%; {Eriachne tenuiculmis} 40 cm < 1%. The site was a strip about 60 m long of the creek bed and banks. The {Eriachne tenuiculmis} < 1% but not uncommon. Few {Ludwigia perennis} on the site. Associated annuals: {Amaranthus pallidiflorus, Cyperus squarrosus, Fimbristylis microcarya, F. rara, Cleome viscosa, Crotalaria medicaginea, Pluchea rubelliflora} ..."
