Occurrence remarks [Collecting date given is early Dec 1951.] No. 55 to 58. Small Scirpus spp. - I suspect that some of the variations are due to difference of environment rather than to specific difference, but I do not know any of these small species with certainty. Specimens of No. 58 show plants more slender than usual, due, I belive, to the crowded growth. Annot.: H. Hunter early Dec 1951.
