Occurrence remarks In complex mesophyll/notophyll vineforest in sheltered gully. Sandstone and quartzite rocks cover the soil surface. A liane with stems lying on the soil surface before ascending into the canopy. Inflorescences produced at nodes on stems on the ground. Flowers are purple-red on the outside. Inner tube cream with purple lines.
