Locality | Preservation Island, Bass Strait. About 615 metres at 137 degrees from the head of Horseshoe Bay. On the south-eastern track where it passes through re-growth scrub - modified by many grazing fires. |

Supplied as "On consolidated, old limesand dunes. The shrubs are {Leucopogon parviflorus} (main sp.}, {Monotoca elliptica}, {Myoporum insulare}, {Acacia longifolia} var. {sophorae} with lower {Alyxia buxifolia} and {Pimelea serpyllifolia}. In a rut with eight exotics including {Bromus diandrus}, {Trifolium campestre}, {Vulpia bromoides}, {Plantago coronopus} and {Gamochaeta purpurea}. The four other native herbs include {Euchiton collinus}, {Austrodanthonia} sp. and {Geranium potentilloides}. The bryophytes were {Bryum billardierei} and {Lophocolea semiteres}." |
