Event remarks Hugh Nicholson photo no: 030209/10.39-52 Sprawling across rocks, dominating the understorey, with some upright stems to 1.5m and occasional tree-size stems to 15m with flaky fissured bark. Leaves paler below, slightly glossy, with an aromatic smell and sticky feel something like Gossia bidwillii.

Supplied as "NW side of mountain, accessed by climbers' track to S of lookout and through break in cliffs. Small patch of this species on rock/soil slope W of the bouldery ridge and gully which are W of the cliffs. Dry rainforest, with Hoop Pine, Black Booyong, Streblus brunonianus, Bosistoa pentacocca, Gossia bidwillii, Tragia novae-hollandiae, Diospyros australis, Planchonella australis, Premna lignum-vitae, Cryptocarya sp. World's End, Mallotus philippensis, Alchornea ilicifolia. Rocky, dark clay; gentle east-facing scree slope."
