Occurrence remarks Locally frequent (>100 in collection area and scattered plants alongside track back to Salt Caves) small spreading shrub to 60 cm high at this location. Leaves terete to 11 mm long with pointed tip that is not rigid. Flowers with mouse-like smell. Many flower buds with single brown bracteole. Flowers with styles erect. Style c. 6 mm above base of petals. Petals and sepals at top of hypanthium. Sepals 5, petals 5, petals broad compared with narrow sepals. Stamens 10, one at base of each sepal and petal.
