Occurrence remarks Herb to 41.5 cm high. Bulbs white with brown fibrous covering. Tuberous roots pale brown, central one bulbous. Stems grey green, leaves dark green. One flower, sometimes two, per inflorescence open at a time. Tepals butter yellow with green mid rib, more obvious on abaxial surface, stigma whitish yellow, style butter yellow; anthers dark yellow, filaments and filament hairs butter yellow. Silica gel material at NE. Digital images with John Hosking.
