Field notes One dense clump of stems. Basal sheaths purplish; leaf blades somewhat greenish green, to ca. 17mm wide (fresh); corms pale yellowish brown within brown outer scales; flowers mostly pale pink; tepals oblanceolate, upper central one ca. 14mm wide, lower 3 to ca. 8mm wide only the lower with central purplish -crimson blotch and midline; stamens unilateral on upper side of flower, purplish blue.
