Occurrence remarks To 5 m high, alongside a line of planted trees to 20 m high. Seedling plants with spreading rigid green leaves, leaves on older plants appressed to stems. Newest stems green, older stems red-brown, bark on older parts grey-brown and flaky. Foliage dark green, some branches drooping with age, others not. Sometimes branchlets and foliage in one plane, less so on older parts of branches. Young cones glaucous blue-green, older cones brown. Seeds pale brown or tan. Possibly more than one Cupressus species naturalised in this area
