Occurrence remarks Three plants in collection area, one flowering (naturalised plants of this species are scattered through the mid to upper Blue Mountains). Tree to 8 m high. Bark brown, longitudinally shallowly grooved. Leaves dark green above, paler below; leaf margins with forward-directed teeth. Corolla greenish-white (green towards either end). bell-like, with 5 small lobes, drooping; stamens 10, anthers pale brown. Fruiting trees elsewhere in area with fruit green, yellow or red (colours change from green through yellow to red as fruit ripen).
