Field notes | Rounded shrub up to 4 x 4 m, pale brown bark. Leaves glossy green above, paler beneath. Flowers pink, double on peduncles up to 10 cm long, calyx green, petals pink with rippled margins, staminal column pink, hairy, anther sacs yellow, stigma pads velvety and red-pink. |
