Occurrence remarks | Tall, erect succulent to 5 metres. Pad somewhat elliptic in shape and tomentose. Areoles with some spines in them, younger plants with larger spines. Flowers vibrant orange and showy. 400 individuals. Bird spread. [Mould treated with alcohol by G. Taseski] [Mould identified by Dr E. Liew (NSW) as standard herbarium specimen moulds and non pathogenic to humans but gloves and facemasks should be worn when handling specimens.] |
