Field notes Dense canopied tree to 10 m. Foliage to ground level on one side (SE).

Occurrence remarks Very low stress site. Another specimen c. 50-100 m away growing c. 4 m from swamp margin and possibly experiences seasonal waterlogging. The only rainforest species extending right to margin is Syzygium australe. Seed collected from numerous specimens in the locality. Seen for Flora of Australia by R.S. Cowan, 24/9/1996.
