Occurrence remarks ORIGIN: Carborne Flora in Canberra project, Dept. of Biogeography and Geomorphology, Australian National University, Canberra, ACT. This plant was grown from the washings sluiced off cars cleaned at the Canberra Auto Port (Shell Co. of Australia Ltd.), at 20 Lonsdale Street, Braddon, Australian Capital Territory. The car washings containing the parent disseminule of this plant accumulated in the settling tanks there between the deposit dates indicated and were collected when the tanks were cleaned out on the second date of the pair (Date Deposited: 2-10 Sep/1973). The rewashed sludge was planted out in sterile soil (Date Processed:10/Sep/1973 by N.M. Wace). The disseminule germinated at an unrecorded date after this, and the resulting plant was pressed on the third date (Date Pressed: 23/Aug/1974 by D.A. Cooke). Tray/pot No. 5L[alpha]07/a.
