Occurrence remarks Locally frequent shrubs to 2 m high. One patch of a few dozen individuals, near where electric power line crosses road. Not seen anywhere else in the district, but may of course be present on some unvisited ridges. No A. distyla or A. nana here. Cones very rare. Perhaps too soon after last fire.
