Occurrence remarks Erect, 2-4 feet high. A few large patches. Notes with the specimen state 'Pasture plant. Appears to be little eaten by stock.' Notes from the identifier state 'A native perennial, which does not seem to have any particular value as stock feed. It has no record of weed or poison potential, and as it grows in dryer regions of the state, may have some value as feed in times of drought.'
