Supplied as "Tall Coastal Shrubland dominated by {Acacia leiophylla}, {Myoporum insulare}, {Olearia axillaris}, {Adriana klotzschii}, and {Senecio odoratus} var. {odoratus}, with a degraded groundcover layer dominated by {Lagurus ovatus} (although several native species still present in ground layer). Shrubland in good condition with middle and upper strata substantially intact; on a dune system that extends in all directions around the property, although broken by dwellings in a few places"
