Occurrence remarks Locally frequent shrub 50 cm x 50 cm. Flowers yellow. Fruits green to purplish brown. Seeds collected from > 30 plants. Collected for Millennium Seed Bank Project. [This specimen was separated from NSW493288 which = Hibbertia sp. aff. riparia. The associated seed collection LCR20051410 at NSW Seedbank is a mixed collection of both of these taxa.]

Supplied as "Gently undulating country, open forest dominated by Eucalyptus nubila, E. dwyeri, Acacia pilligaensis, A. gladiiformis, Cryptandra sp., Ricinocarpus bowmannii, Boronia glabra, Hibbertia obtusifolia, Hibbertia sp., Allocasuarina gymnanthera etc. Very diverse understorey. Pale red sandy/rocky soil on sandstone."
