LAMELLAE free; close/crowded; creamy white; 8.5 mm deep; lamellulae present. STIPE 154 x 12 mm (top), 20 mm (bottom, including volva); creamy white; mealy; no annulus; volva 74 mm high; thin; fragile. FLESH white; firm. ODOUR none. SPORE PRINT white. HABIT solitary.
