Occurrence remarks | Glabrous herb to 25 cm high. Bulbs white and arising from the same point below the leaves and below the soil surface. Leaves mostly basal, spreading from the soil surface, mid-green Inflorescence continuing to grow above open flowers. Tepals 6, mauve, 3 larger (wider and longer) alternating with other 3. Stamens 6, filaments white and glabrous for lower third and fringed mauve above, anthers dark purple |
