Occurrence remarks | Herb tp 60 cm high. Stems purple with white hairs. Leaves dark green above, grey-green below with many sessile yellow glands on lower surface. Flowers purple-blue. Crushed leaves with a pleasant mint smell. Plants where leaves have fallen off were collected on this date. Plants that were frozen and still have leaves attached were collected on 7 Mar 2017. Seed, Si gel and images were collected or taken on 8 Feb 2017. Silica gel material at NSW & NE. Digital images with John Hosking. |

Vegetation: edge of rock slope and into edge of {Banksia integrifolia} subsp. {monticola} and {Eucalyptus} spp. rainforest, growing with a single {Pomaderris} sp. tree, {Lomandra longifolia}, ground ferns, {Australina pusilla, Sigesbeckia orientalis} subsp. {orientalis, Desmodium varians, Entolasia marginata} (J.R.Hosking 3988), Plantago debilis, Lepidosperma laterale s.lat., Rytidosperma longifolium} (J.R.Hosking 3987). Rytidosperma racemosa, Cyperus imbecillis, Zieria} sp. aff. {smithii}, {Geranium} sp., {Urtica incisa}, vines, {Euchiton}, {Echinopogon ovatus, Asperula scoparia, Galium leiocarpum} and many other species." |
