Occurrence remarks Large tree 30 m high. Trunk & branches patchy with persistent strips of old grey-brown bark & light grey to pale yellow underbark. Juvenile leaves concolorous. Adult leaves dark green, concolorous, not shiny, slightly glossy. Adults scattered to frequent in overstorey, juvenilles abundant. AMG: E421600 N66893000, 1:25000 Sheet: Sara River 9338. Open understorey of Allocasuarina littoralis with grassy ground cover. Loamy soils on Permo-Carboniferous mudstones. Area grazed and frequently burnt."
