Occurrence remarks Herb to 30 cm high. Stems and leaves dark green with spreading then antrorse white hairs. Ray florets mauve, disc florets yellow. Cypselas dark brown, pappus brownish white. Silica gel material at NE. Digital images with John Hosking. Locally common (>20 plants nearby but many more elsewhere on slope).
