Locality Flinders Island, Furneaux Group, Bass Straits. On the southern verge of Lazy Barron Road at about 180 metres westward of its junction with Lackrana Road.
Habitat
Supplied as "Melaleuca ericifolia (to 5.4m) is dominant with a few shrubs surviving as the understorey. These are Pomaderris apetala (one, 3m), Pultenaea daphnoides (one, 3m), Kunzea ambigua (one, 3m), Hibbertia hirticalyx (to 1.8m, at least one), Leucopogon parviflorus (one, 1.8m; ?introduced during road works) and Rhagodia candolleana (in parts). Pultenaea juniperina was collected at c. 15m eastward on 27.x.2012 (No 14,135). There are scattered patches of Clematis microphylla on Lenna soil type formed from mudstone. No Eucalyptus could be seen on the grazed ground, on either side of the road, on this local occurrence of soil type. On soil farmed for aeolian limestone."
